gift to this "charitable mutual fund" (minimum $5,000) provides for up
to two beneficiaries with income for life; the principal then reverts
to PPDE at their death. You may increase the current yield you now receive
from that asset, avoid capital gains, reduce your estate taxes, and also
earn a charitable tax deduction.

Remainder Trust
Create
a trust (minimum $100,000) receive income for life (for up to two beneficiaries
of a fixed percentage, and gain benefits similar to a Pooled Income Fund.
Charitable
Lead Trust
With
this 'reverse' gift you can 'lend' an asset to PPDE; we receive the income,
then transfer it back after a designated period.
Life
Insurance Policies
Make PPDE the irrevocable owner of a policy you no longer need, or create
a new one with us as a beneficiary. You can receive a variety of tax benefits
and also perhaps make a gift much larger than otherwise.

Plans
Designate
PPDE an outright or contingent beneficiary of your retirement plan.
Real
Estate
Subject
to approval by our Board of Directors, contribute real estate as an outright
gift; or consider giving your home now while retaining use of it for life.
Tangible
Personal Property
Subject
to approval by our Board of Directors, we may be able to accept real property
such as an art collection, antiques and the like.
